Elisa Stampf worked in the insurance industry for 15 years, spending most of her time on the carrier side with regional and national carriers. Throughout her insurance career, she was a sales leader, a trainer, and an advocate for giving campaigns within her companies. She earned six designations, an MBA, and was named one of Insurance Business America's Elite Women in Insurance in 2022. She co-founded Insure Equality in 2021: a community that pushes everyone forward and welcomes everyone in.
Insure Equality is a nonprofit that advocates for an industry that values and empowers a workforce diverse in gender, race, sexual orientation, and economic status. Their commitment to insurance is to make it a more welcoming place by providing tools, technology, and resources for individuals and companies in this industry at any level. They create space for storytelling, ask for commitments from industry leaders, and create transparency in company culture.
